PLAYOFFS BOUND

FC Surge completed an undefeated regular season finishing 2nd in the Sunshine Conference with a record of 5 - 0 - 2. When 1st place Team Boca Blast was unable to move on due to college play availability Surge was announced as the conference representative for the South Regional playoffs. Originally to be held in Pensacola games had to be moved due to a Tropical Storm heading for the Gulf. Surge will meet the Gulf Conference top seed Pensacola FC for Semi Final #1 in Jacksonville on Saturday July 13th 9am with the winner moving on to Charlotte NC to face the winner of the Southeast Conference Chattanooga FC vs Carolinas Conference Charlotte Lady Eagles who will play their Semi Final #2 in Matthews NC for the Region Championship on Sunday 7/14 1pm. Winner of the Region moves on to the WPSL Championship series July 19-21 in Stillwater Oklahoma.
